Unless otherwise specified, digital product files will be available for download once payment has been confirmed. You will be provided with a time limited link or links through which you will be able to download your files.
There are no refunds on digital products, but please contact us if you run into any problems.
We are currently suspending fulfillment and shipping for physical products, due to the global COVID-19 situation.
It takes an average of 2-3 business days for the fulfillment or processing of an order, before it is ready to be shipped. Add an extra day of processing for personalized items.
Currently we only ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping rates depend on the destination address and type of product, and will be displayed on the checkout page.
Shipping times can vary, even for the same country. It depends on the quantity and type of items in the order as well as the availability of the carriers. The shipping times given below are a catch-all to cover the minimum and maximum shipping times.
USA: Flat rate 3-4 business days after fulfillment
International: Flat rate 5-20 business days after fulfillment
We will replace damaged, defective or missing items at our expense. We do not take responsibility for an incorrect or insufficient address, or refused or unclaimed items, and any reshipments in such a situation will be at your cost.
If an order arrives damaged or is defective, then please get in touch within a week’s time, with photos showing the damage or defect from different angles.
We will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing, broken or defective Product, and (b) we receive a complaint within one week from the day the Product was delivered or within one week after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.
