Digital Products

When will I be able to download my digital product?

Once your payment is confirmed you will be presented with a time limited link or links to your digital files. The links will also be sent to you in an email when the order has finished processing.

Physical Products

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Are there any customs fees?

International shipments may incur customs fees which are different in each country. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

My order never arrived

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us within a week of the estimated delivery date, making sure you quote your order number.
